Gentlemen - doing a walkaround on an A-10, an F-105 or an F-22 turns all previous notions of 'Fighter' size upside down - thay are all the general length of a B-24..but the A-10 is the shortest - the 'runt' of the litter.

Not only the 'runt' of the litter, but also the 'ugly duckling'..................What a machine Karl, looks great.

right have spent today finishing the weapons and fitting them, also fitted the undercart, the gear doors and the last little bits and bobs, leaving the canopy parts to paint and fit.
and am waiting for the rails for the maverick missiles to dry before fitting them, not decided yet if i'm going to fill the centre pylon with the huge fuel tank supplied.

also i've applied a coat of matt varnish to dull down the paintwork.

not to happy with the paint on the sidewinders and the clusterbombs but will have to do
