I have been trimming and sanding the glass panels or edges of the kit surfaces to get a nice clean fit, here is the lower glass....dry fitted.

and i added a thin strip of stretched sprue along the wing to fuselage joint, for some odd reason they chose to put the join through the centre of the wing to fuselage panel, when usually it is along the bottom edge where it meets the wing on almost every other model....rather strange that.

Maybe they figured all the rivets would be sacrificed to glue in the usual location. Nice fix though.

Started some masking now....and then discovered my chosen subject didn't have the exhaust covers so each individual exhaust stack needed to be dealt with and drillled out....port side done.....
