Thanks Guys for looking in....have had a busy few days but chipping away at getting this one done...

have now added some subtle pastel line work over the upper surfaces, first 4 pics, and applied a light gloss coat as well, not quite as obvious in the last 2 pics

Thanks Guys, progress continues, upper surface wash but rivet pattern is fairly shallow and not retaining the wash consistently.

Also decided that the lower surface blue was a tad bright so added some white to my mix and carefully reapplied it to what i think is a more suitable shade.
Hopefully will give it a gloss coat tomorrow or friday.

The blue is hard to manage but I think I like it. I've used the Vellajo light blue on Il2 and Yak3 and it seems a bit bright.
