    Hi there

This is my first post, firstly thanks for the in depth stuff Ive read so far, all excellent! I'm a former RN Officer and Military history has always been a hobby, but just wanted to get some expert opinions on what the best Documentaries might be worth getting on DVD as regards WW2 Aviation and Battle of Britain in particular?

    Cheers again,

    Vinny

To be honest I've never seen a very good one, they all seem to be far too general, a lot of aspects poorly researched and crammed into 60 minutes. Usually full of stock footage showing "Battle of Britain" Fw 190's being shot down by that famous RAF fighter, the P51-D Mustang.

Oh, and welcome to the forum!
