Fighter Operational Clasp MIA 24 April, 1942; Bailed out over the sea after engine failure and subsequent fire, 4 km north of Cherbourg. Reportedly not found, however some reports indicate burial in Plot 188, Grave 72 at St. Anns Hill, Gosport. One known victory, a Spitfire on 16 April, 1942.
