Here is a shot that shows 2 of my techniques. The first shot is a Kamikaze Camera shot that I took on Saturday. We had friends and family over for a bbq and get together. I stood near our kitchen door, raised my camera above my head and guessed the downward angle, not caring about the horizon. As I have said in other postings, a majority of KC shots will be crap, but you can also get some cool and/or interesting shots.
The second shot is a a little contrast adjustment, crop and sharpen to show that editing can make a difference. The third shot involved rotating the photo 25 degrees, a slight exposure correction and crop to give the more "traditional" portrait style, although I would remove the background and do more with it for a more professional look if I were going to sell this as a portrait.
