So I took in initial fittings and am very pleased. By following the outer panel lines for the gun bay on top of the wing, you pretty much got it already. Aries seems to have done a very nice job of their lay out and it seems to be a snap fit for the most part save from removing excess resin from their parts. I need to clean up my cuts a small bit and I had to remove the back wall to the ammo tray that was molded into the wing by Tamiya.

First the Ammo tray.

Dremel sanding head made pretty quick work of the sanding. and some filing on my cuts to even them out and in it went, well had to do a little sanding and filing of the outer section of the gear well (very minor but needed to be for a fit). Ran some super glue gel on the tubs after insertion, gun tub first, then ammo tray clamped it down and we shall see. There isnet much to the instructions save for how to put the PE on the guns.

yeap, I love resin sets, but the rule is sand, sand, sand, and sand a little more. But, careful sanding and dbl checking fit, you can get some killer results.

First off, in the US it is Fathers day, Let me send a harty Happy Fathers day out to all the fathers and please enjoy them as they are your legacy.

Well it weren't so bad after all! a couple of minutes with the ol' dramiel and there yeah go. I had to sand the bottom of the ammo tray completely off and clean up the hole for the gun gry so it would fit all the way through, then file off the excess. Easy spesy so to say!.

After the first attempt this was the the wing.
