Thanks gents. Wings are on with the left one in traction. Not much to see through all the clamps at the moment!

Thanks Hugh.

All pinched up:

As I said, there's a lot that needs to go right here and not all of it did. Small gaps everywhere and these were filled with card. Also, I just wasn't able to get the wing root fairing consistently aligned with the fuselage. One side stuck out and the other is an inzie.

So here we go with sanding/scribing ad nauseum.

Thanks all. Several passes of filling and sanding have occurred now and I think I'm at the point where I'll move on.

As is often the case, I tend to work backwards. The wheel well sides open to an echo chamber and should actually have some closing ribs on the sides. Of course, I can't let this go and I should have done something about it before gluing the wing halves together. So now, I'm adding the ribs arthroscopically. Here's the first of 4 in place after having fished it out of the innards of the model twice.

Thanks gentlemen. All 4 ribs are now installed. Reference pics on the net show what appears to be some kind of electrical junction box on the starboard inner rib.

So me being me, I set about adding this detail thrown together with card and lead wire:

I'm a bit disappointed that AM omitted the big retraction jacks so these are something else that I'll now want to scratch up.
