Hey, I recognize that plane! It came to Springfield VT on the 50th anniversary of Lindbergh's post-Atlantic tour of the US, stopping at all the same places he did. Grace Pugh, who had been there as a girl in 1927 for the real thing, flew down from Burlington in her Aeronca for the reenactment. (In period costume!)
