Hello all-

I found this site where a thread was used as a reference on a modelling site that I belong to. Found that thread interesting and poked around a little bit, liked what I saw and decided to join.

My father served in the RAF back in the `50s and is fully responsible for my love of historic aviation and motor racing. He took me to the Hamilton Air Show as a wee lad and after watching the CAF Voodoo`s do their show I was hooked.

One last thing... If the Westland Whirlwind was fitted with Merlins it would have been a world beater...
