Hello at last

Hello All,

About time i introduced myself as i have been lurking around for quite a while now without getting involved.

So Here we go - Im Chris from England.

Main interest is ww2 and i currently collect aircraft relics/remains with a known history and then Model the same aircraft in either 1/72 for bombers etc and fighters in 1/32.

Also into ww2 aviation literature and as i travel with work around the EU fairly regularly i get a fair bit of time to read on flights.

All time favourite aircraft of ww2 has to be the B-17F for me, but i supose i find all interesting in their own ways.

Anyway nice to meet you all

Thanks for the warm welcome to all, i hope to find enough time to make a valid contribution to the discussions and ultimatley end up in a straight jacket as it does appear that there have been lots of refference to this place being an asylum.

Just out of intreset will anybody be attending any of the airshows at Duxford or Cosford etc this year?

Hello Gary, sounds good. I was torn between legends and the duxford airshow in September. I think I will got to the September event and try out the silver tickets as her indoors and my plane loving three year old daughter might not moan about having to stand up so much.
