THANKS again to all of you, at daytime temps of +95F liquid refreshment does not last long so they'll have to move fast.
One look at that place and I knew it was THE place. Sold everything I had up here, except the house. Was just appraised at $30,000 LESS that what I paid for it 15 years ago. So I'm really torn. It's paid off but taxes are $6000 per year and it can't sit empty (Arkansas taxes are $1600 per year!!!). Looking into renting IF I can find someone who will take care of the place and not trash it
