These are some of my completed airplane kits... I like to build older kits, so you can find in this thread something strange...

The first is an old Focke Wulf FW190 by Matchbox, converted to long range escort/bomber duty with a pair of auxiliary fuel tanks from older Revell '190 kits

This one is a Macchi 202 from Frog (re-boxed in Matchbox markings ^_^), with a patchwork livery

Messerschmitt Me209 V5, scratchbuilt with parts of various aircrafts, all recovered from my bits box: 2 x Airfix Bf109 G-6 (fuselage, wings), Airfix Fiat G.50 (engine cowling), Matchbox Mosquito (rudder), Airfix Fw190 D9 (propeller), Matchbox Ju88 (engine front), Heller Bf109 G-6 (compressor intake, wheels)...

One of the worst kits of all time, The Pioneer2 Spitfire MkVc... too short, too slim, no wheel wells, terrible propeller (I used another one from an anonimous donor kit ^_^)
I used it to experiment how miniature painting techniques can be applied to model warplanes (the picture is a lot on the blue side...)

This is the new (2008) edition of Airfix '109 G-6, with a strange livery used in Italy (italian colours)

Absolutely! Anything larger than 1/72 scale push me out of my workspace (and then out of my home! )
