Welcome!

That bike is PERFECT! Quite an impressive number of kill markers, too. Honestly, I don't know what to drool over more (although the Jug IS amazing).

The bike is marked up as "Old Crow". Bud Anderson's P-51. The Mercedes Luftwaffe staff car is based on our field and came driving by and saw the P-47 in the hanger. He said there were 112 built for the Luftwaffe. He showed me a pic of Galland standing by one. Just had to take pics with the three together.

Not really, I see it just about every Saturday. I couldn't tell who was wearing it from the image but the Fighter Rebuilders logo on the t-shirt was another clue.

Wheels
Stevo on the wing, David Hoover in the cockpit. Brant and Halley Sagehetti on the cowls. Pics taken up in Hayward when we were finishing up the cockpit restoration and getting ready for ground runs and test flights last April
