NJACO's Crazy, Amazing, Jaw-Dropping Pics (2 Viewers)

Beautiful fall colors, the top one looks like a bowl of "fruity pebbles" breakfast cereal, though!

We're getting some colors here, but it's been a warm and windy, so alot of the trees are losing their leaves before turning.

[ontos]

Great shots and beautiful colors, super well done.

[Vic Balshaw]

Struth Chris, these are brilliant autumn shots.

[vikingBerserker]

Beautiful!

Forgot to post this on Halloween!

The most recent, marvelous creations by Ray Villafane and his Zombie Garden, carving a 6-foot tall, standing zombie, dragging a bundle of vines, pulling other pumpkin zombies along behind him. He and his team worked for three long days to come up with this unbelievably detailed garden. There are guts, rotting flesh, missing teeth and oozing eyes, all becoming more and more grotesque as time and weather rots them. Although Villafane has become known for his pumpkin carving skills, he makes his living sculpting toys for companies such as Warner Bros, Marvel and Hasbro. He found his fame when he entered the Food Network's Challenge Show in 2007 and the publicity hasn't stopped since.

Some of those reminded me of when I lived in the midwest. Thanks Chris.

[Wayne Little]

Strewth!

[Matt308]

Wow! Some of those look like the hand of God! Amazing shots. Was it just me or do some of those shots make the hair on the back of your neck stand up?

[Aaron Brooks Wolters]

I've been close enough that the hair DID stand up.

Artist Simon Beck must really love the cold weather! Along the frozen lakes of Savoie, France, he spends days plodding through the snow in raquettes (snowshoes), creating these sensational patterns of snow art. Working for 5-9 hours a day, each final piece is typically the size of three soccer fields! The geometric forms range in mathematical patterns and shapes that create stunning, sometimes 3D, designs when viewed from higher levels.
