Afraid I didn't think about that and its too late now with the canopy sealed on. I don't thing it will be too noticeable with the canopy closed.

Today I masked off the bottom and sprayed on the pre-shading, then the OD.

 
The decals are on after a couple of coats of Future. The decals are from an AMT P-40N kit I have in the stash except for the "Curtiss" decals which I have no idea what are from, and the serials which are from the old Monogram P-41C kit, so don't go looking up the number.

 
Now to put this in the right place

I did the panel line work, sprayed on the dull coat then added some exhaust staining.




Also some more done on the landing scratch built landing gear. I added drag links to the main gear legs and painted them. All they need now is the brake lines.
