In this thread I would like to share some photos I took during one of my visits to Kalemegdan fortress in Belgrade. Artillery pieces, tanks and other armored fighting vehicles (mainly of WW2 era) displayed here are part of the exterior exhibit of Military Museum. These include for example German Panzer I,II and IV and StuG III, Italian M-13, Soviet T-34/85, American Stuart tanks, etc.

To learn more about Military Museum in Belgrade check the fallowing link: http://www.muzej.mod.gov.rs/index_e.html

For start, here are few "panoramic" photos, with more photos and close-ups to fallow...

First set of close-ups of German PzKpfw I Ausf F heavily armored infantry assault tank, sometimes referred to as "Little Tiger". The tank was captured by Yugoslav Partisans during the war.

Thanks to everyone for your comments... :D

Time for another set of pictures showing German half track armed with 75mm anti tank gun. As you can see the aft upper part of vehicle (which is supposed to be open) was covered with metal sheets for outdoor display. Don't know why exactly was this done. Maybe to prevent visitors (children) to climb into the vehicle and play with the gun or something. Anyway, here are the photos...
