Nice going TL, the Polish Mustang looks good; you're improving my friend. BTW, how's the Stirling and Horsa coming along? I would like to do the same kits, portrayed at Down Ampney, ready for the Arnhem lift.
Are you going to join one of the Group Builds? You'd be more than welcome, and would get a lot of help and encouragement.
 
Oh..You have gotten me wrong I'm afraid. The "P-KG" markings are the 315 Squadron markings but I was interested in the P-51 serial number.These were painted black under stabilizers.Here you are two P-51s that were flown by Horbaczewski.Notice their serials, one is FB166 the another is FB387.

I didn't realize there where two different ways of setting out the model. The one I did should have been the bottom one in the two images but I have a book that showed the same plane with D-day strips and because the Kit came with D-day strip decals I thought I would put them on.
 
Aha...RGR. To be honest there were three P-51 Mustang Mk.III that were flown by Horbaczewski. Here you are the additional profile of the plane.
