The thing that scares me is that some of these countries are the very ones we're calling for service. So many US companies are outsourcing to India and elswhere. Looking at those wires is scary.
Imagine the cost of having to redo a nations grid. And this is the same nation that is going to be one of the worlds Top 5 economies in a few generations. Scary.
