Hi Dirk, was at a museum today and saw someone had built these models and wanted to show you.

You guys are amazing with thise birds.

Never built a thunderbird before, must be hell to get the white just right.
 
Delayed by my vacation builds, but a little more progress on the F15

Red nose day :)

The white is just Tamiya fine white surface primer from a rattle can. If you put Klear/Future/Pledge on it, it makes a good white without having to put any other paint on it.

Fully assembled F-15 in Bicentennial Colours

The jet exhausts went on with no drama. The undercarriage is very weedy and fragile though. This one will need careful handling.

Not a tail sitter, as long as you put a few grams in the nose. The canopy fit could be better.

The Eagle looks good in this colour scheme :D It's a modification of the Thunderbirds' display team markings.

The Revell Hurricane IIc and the P51B have been primed....
