Master Sergeant
Greetings ladies and gentlemen.

After watching that news report, I'm almost happy with our gun control program. At least it keeps guns away from dumbasses...

I love his neighbors response, "Tragic accident. Bad things happen to good people."

First shot should have been thru his own "hayde"!

Guns and people, is like Military Intelligence!

Don't get me wrong, I used to have a custom built Mauser 98 action, 308 Norma Magnum, rollover hardwood stock, for deer.
AND I served my country in the USN in the 60's.

AND I think this is how I know, people and guns just don't mix!

Don't know if it should be a question of manslaughter or not?

"The unlawful killing of a human being without malice or premeditation, either express or implied; distinguished from murder, which requires malicious intent."

He didn't know she was there....she got killed. Book him boys...

I knew a guy in collage (who could be considered a redneck) who said he drilled a hole for an antenna wire in the same way because he didn't have a long enough bit. His shot was vertical rather than horizontal though, but probably still could have fallen on someone's head when it fell back to earth. Don't know if he actually finished collage. Tend to doubt it.
