Good stuff so far. The old Monogram/Revell kit still stands up well today, and was the best in any scale in it's time - built a few over the last 30+ years !

If I recall correctly, the dihedral is tough to get right as the upper wing halves fit too tight. Recommend dry fitting and removing material as needed. Great work so far.

It is more right than wrong, though not perfect.
I have one unbuilt, but it won't be hard to put together!
Cheers
Steve

When this was re-issued, they updated the interior. Much better kit now than when first issued. Would much rather buy a Revell/Monogram kit than most of the over priced competitors. Nice work on the pit.

Much of the molding is the same, but the instrument panel decal is replaced by a nicely molded panel. That was added when things were changed to Pro modeler.

Thanks guys, I got the upper wings sections on and they fit was really nice I was kinda surprised.

Interior looks good Jerry. Which decal version are you doing? Curious how the checkers would line up.

Geo

Thanks Geo I will be doing as Tex hill as the box art so I wont be using the checkers.
