That was pretty gnarly. Seen skiers do similar things (on a yearly basis in each years movie). Every now and again they get it wrong and break a couple of bones and tear some ligaments/tendons but that is normally it. That is part of the rush though and what makes it ballsy and cool to watch at the same time. There are some pretty horrific falls though that are on video (probably on Youtube) in both the park and the backcountry which have resulted in near death experiences.
