Done freehand Karl....your question will be answered with the next set of pics!:D

Ok I painted the upper colours based on the 2 pics I had and other info for the ta152 then realised there was a third pic in another book, this revealed the elevators were a light colour that matched the RLM 76 so i then had to mask the tail off and spray the 76.....again.

....then taking a closer look at one of the first 2 pics again i realised that there was reflection on the lower surface of the stabiliser on the starboard side, indicating that this area was not painted....so more masking and respraying!

Hi Wayne,
very good and nice looking achievement specially in this small a scale. Myself can't handle any longer the small scales because of the natural defiences, which come with getting older. Have to do the larger kits.

Beaut job Wayne, very impressive! There's a slim chance that the elevators were in primer, but the colour is so close to RLM 76 to make sod all difference anyway. Either way, it looks brill mate.

I totally agree Wayne! From what I've seen, unless they were shown side by side over a large, flat area, there's so little difference between the primer and RLM76 that it wouldn't be noticed anyway.
