Thanks guys.

Had an eating frenzy in our flowering cherry today, the Currawongs were going wild, maybe getting drunk on the ripened possibly fermenting fruit. Pictures taken from the hanger window.

Thanks folks and now for a change, the sun going down.

Watching the clouds the other night as the sun went down I took a series of shots and thenfor a bit of fun played with the colouring, this is the outcome, the first and last being natural pictures at the beginning and the end of the shoot.

Thanks for the info on the Grevillea, Vic...I don't think I've ever seen one of those before. Australia has some pretty dang cool stuff! Would be cool to have one of those in the garden!

Great shots on the birds, I have to go with the gang and say the 3rd one down is the overall best and loved the sunset photos, too! :thumbleft:

Caught this little fellow hanging out in my lemon tree today, took several shots and he just kept on hanging on.

Thanks guys. I'm still somewhat flummoxed as to why it just sat there as though it hadn't a care in the world and let me take pictures, my lens couldn't have been more than 10cm away.

Walked out in my garden this morning to this magnificent display, it's a good 10cm across. It's a form of cactus of which two were given to me a couple of months ago. Given a bit of TLC i.e. re-pot and water and they have given me this little show. I also nabbed a shot of this little spider and it's web in the sunlight. :p :p
