Thanks Wheels and Wayne and a special thanks to all you other folk for looking in.

Today we continue with the stroll around the "Hospices de Beaune." with a couple of shots of the town.

Here I particularly liked the way the taps had been fashioned into swan necks.

A couple of shots of the town.

Following our stop here we were once again boarded the coaches and headed for "gay purr-ee."

Thanks Eric, it's the same here in Oz we only have the Victorian architecture or old colonial buildings to remind us of our European heritage.

Thanks again for looking in guy. Continuing with the trip our next stop was Paris and as part of the tour they had provided the opportunity for a quick one day whisk round all the sights but as this was at extra cost and as we had already done Paris on a couple of earlier holidays, Hil and I decided we would head out of town for the day.

We had always wanted to visit Monet's Garden at Giverny, so that is where we headed. Though a tad cold, it was a lovely sunny day and perfect for a stroll round this beautiful garden. Being a flower buff, what follows are just some of the pictures I took that afternoon.
