What if, Goering was killed before WW2

I agree with krieg that with Goering gone, alot of the others with talent in a special area would flourish within that area. Udet was out of place when promoted. Wever would have presented a balance to the dive -bombing concept and between Molders and Galland, the Jagdflieger would have been moulded into an even more effective force.

and Goering didn't become Reichsmarschall until 19 July 1940.
 
I think that the most capable frontline leader was actually Richthofen, whose handling of the air assets supporting AGS was outstanding. If he and Milch had been given joint command of the Luftwaffe, things may have been slightky better than they were

Milch is a mediium bomber guy with no Strategic vision you must be able to strike beyond the Urals North America as well but only after the UK was secured
