I've finally dragged the Sabre out of the 'hangar', and it's nearing completion. Here's a few general shots, with the decaling complete, and the windscreen and gear legs in place. There's still some tidying-up to do around the windscreen joint, and some touching-up and re-polishing here and there, plus spray the drop tanks and some detail painting. I'll post pics of the completed model in 'Post your models'.
The next one, in between builds for the diorama and photography guides, will be the 1/48th scale Vietnam-period 'Huey' for a friend. I'll post some pics as the build progresses.

Wojtek, are those wheels card, or plastic with paper hubs? They look very good for such a model.

Cockpit in fitted, fuselage closed, wing roots on and primed, wings painted and decalled.
