Yes, but what if they needed the toilet when they were locked up ?

It could get very messy.

Well
the smallest/weakest cat I know is the Wildcat, native of Scotland and resembling a large, broad-faced, tortoiseshell domestic cat; believe me, you wouldn't want to cuddle it...
