Extras: Whatever I need to make a current RAAF Hornet eg 'bird slicers', antennae, GPS dome etc. More research required. Resin replacement seat if needed.

But decided to keep the 3 Sqn theme going. Haven't built a 1/48 jet in years. Crossing my fingers.

Don't let a certain someone see that number 13 (he whispers) on the front gear door.
I sure do like that 3 sqn marking on the tail.
 
Good stuff David, I've built this kit before for a Death Rattlers aircraft. Basically a Hasegawa copy, minus a few differences. The nose is tricky to get a clean fit but otherwise I didn't have any issues. Mind the canopy if you intend to close it, on my Hasegawa one the seat was too tall!

Have started gluing a few bits and pieces and indeed the nose looks like trouble.

Will post pics when a bit more is done.
