Tamiya make some great stuff but they sure can have some scale issues. I realize this is a reboxing but there are similar problems on the D-9 model as the spinner and tires are too small. Even with a reboxing, you'd think that they might attend to some real known issues and provide replacement parts.
 
Ok, fuselage has the cockpit installed and the upper rear decking in place, cockpit is not glued to the fuselage sides as i want to see how each canopy section actually fits, each part is rather thin and if there is any alignment or span problem the wrong way i'm in trouble...

Thanks Guys, stalled again by not having much time the past 2 days, played around with the multi part cowling today, should be able to get it together around the engine on the weekend and get some pics up...
