Thanks Karl. The green canopy top is sprayed with Tamiya translucent green the a couple of coats of Future, I've never done it before so I'm quite pleased with it.

The green shading upper screens must be a peculiarity of the Aussie machines Bill, all the pics I have show it. Must be to protect the crew from the Northern Territory and Pacific sun or maybe when they were working the hot molten lava waters of the Arabian Gulf.

Talking of hot waters and sun, am off to Bali on Monday with the my good lady for a couple weeks, coming back via a three night stopover in Singapore.
