That looks good Glenn and like you I do love the masks, is it me or is the Eduard masking thinner and more flexible than the Tamiya tape. Also I don't throw away the leftover bits, there handy little bits to have.
I finished the masking, and sprayed the framing RLM 66 then painted the underside RLM 65.
Also found a new rule if you spray with an airbrush while wearing a respirator:
DO NOT LEAN OVER THE AIRPLANE AND LET THE RESPRATOR'S EXAUST VALVE DRIP ON YOUR WORK!
Had to wipe off one wing and start over, but all worked out OK.
Nice model kit, post up some pictures when you finish it, I have the real engine cover from a FW 189 so I may want to paint it in the same camo colors as your finished model for display.
