I am not looking forward to the painting, I have not had much success with Aluminium paint. I have heard about using foil but the cost of the materials puts me off.

Filed the two canopies from the spares box. They don't quite fit but they're still better than the kit blobs

They are especially now I have fitted the wheel doors. I think I might have to chop the legs and extend them.

I don't know the bird but from the photos it's looking like they may be a bit.shot. it does appear that the aircraft has a high stance.
