Thanks guys, but methinks This is my biggest wasted effort!

Although I did work in the mechanical engineering design field for 16+ years as a drafter.
I've been taking things apart since I could hold a screwdriver, that helps.
When I was about 10 my grandparents got me a Transistor radio. Next time they visited,
it no longer worked.................. it was in pieces. I learned That from my grandfather!!!! That helped as well.

I can tell you now, these kits were designed to have flaps DOWN, not UP!
I've taped everything in place to create fits as they should be.
First the Blue. The tabs need to be removed, the holes filled and smoothed.
The White. These mating surfaces need a bit of sanding, the fits can be a bit too tight.
The Yellow. These two tabs are a real interference fit and need a pocket in the flap section.
Easier to do than thinning the tabs.
The Red. These are the actuator covers and should be In-Line, they are not. So I will Remove them.
I will replace them with something more realistic in styrene.
Now for the Other side!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would check on the order for attaching of the flaps. It looks like you could put them inversely. Therefore there are the tabs ( blue ) that should fit the slots( blue ) there. The two tabs ( yellow ) are to glue to them the outer flap with the larger tab( blue ) and not marked smaller one.
