I found some time to get out to the work bench tonight and managed to finish up the cockpit and install it in the fuselage.

I glued the wings on and things are looking better than expected.

Picture 1) Overall view.

Pictures 2 3) The wing root joint. Fit was pretty good. It will need a little smoothing out and one small spot of filling on the left side.

Pictures 4 5) The underside joints. Rear is pretty good, just a little touch-up with the file. The front will need some work, especially around the intakes.

All in all not bad at all for a limited run kit. I'll let the glue cure a few days before I work on the joints.

Just a quick update with a couple of pics. I finished the rough work with the file on the joints between the wing and fuselage. Still needs some low areas filled with CA, especially around the intakes, than more work with the file and sanding it smooth.
