You have almost done it. Why don't you look at pics that were posted here. You say " give up it". Are you sure you are able to paint the straight line between two colurs of the camo with free hand brushing? Sorry Harry but I don't think so.
The tape strips are for helping you with that. So correct these and let's the painting start.
But we can do something more tonight. It can take us a while.ANd we can continue tomorrow.
Tell me please is that stuck one layer of the tape or two ones? It is important because you can't correct a such masking by adding of the next stripe on the previous one. It is better to remove the old and replace it with a new one.WHen the tape stripes are too thick a paint always goes under tape.
OK. stick their edges to the fuselage better. There can't be any gaps between these stripes and the fuselage. Also you can stick a small pieces of the tape to undersides of the trailing edges of the fuselage - wing transition.
It is important for you to see the pencil traces on the model. But it would be nice if I could right?
OK. The next step is to pencil on the model all borderlines of the top camo. You have to do it both on wings, tail and fuselage. You have to use for that these printed profiles.Looking at them , draw these lines as much correct as it is possible. As the "navigation" points use charakteristic elements of the aircraft in the profiles. These can be ailerons, guns, exaust pipes trim tabs etc...If you draw a line incorrectly use an eraser to remove it fully and draw the new one.Personally I use my finger with a drop of my saliva. There can't be left any trace of the pencil when remocing the line.
Here a few pics as an example. I have started drawing on the right wing and then on the starboard of the fuselage and finished on the top seams of it. Then you have to turn the model and continue drawing on the port side of the fuselage and following down on the wing.
Yes...I think yes. I hope you will do a good work on these borderlines.Simply look at these printed profiles, draw, check if these lines go correctly, draw, check if these lines go correctly, draw.....etc. This is task for you.If you don't finish them tonight you will do it tomorrow. No rush.
