It's OK Harrison. It means that you have to take the flap for the side of wing and put it into the bay without gluing.You will see where the part ( flap) can't fit correctly when it is at position like close.The trailing edge of the flap should fit to the edge of the upper half of the wing.There shouldn't be any gaps between them
