He was inverted about 3 minutes. He said he had to go back to right side up because he couldn't feel his feet anymore! He definitely is a talented young man!

Thanks Fellas. I am finishing up the edits from yesterday's show at Apple Valley. It was a long drive (about 4.5 hours round trip) and a full day. But it was a great little show. They had 2 warbird segments, one in the morning and one in the afternoon and some great aerobatics performers. I am not usually a fan of RC aircraft at shows, but the guys that did if were really good, and had a segment that was just the right duration. Here are some samples

Thanks guys. It was a fun little show. Same weekend as Miramar, so it's tough to draw a crowd. But I'll watch a Mustang in formation with an FW.190 any day!

Yeah, you don't see many Reliants these day, at least around here. So when he departed, we asked if he could give us a low pass. He obliged and we were more than happy to get some photos of it.

So, some stupid troll posted a comment on the first photo with the FW-190 and the Mustang on my FB page saying it was racist. A couple of folks responded as well as myself. I have a feeling she won't respond after getting told how wrong she was. The first sign that I realized she was ignorant is that she said it was a "notsie" symbol. Oy, what a bozo.

Anywho, I finally got to meet my great-niece yesterday. She was born a year ago this week. Kinda scary to watch the little kids from the family gatherings becoming parents, but awesome at the same time. This is Lucy, named after my grandmother and her dad's great grandmother. I have watched my nephew grow up and am immensely proud of the man he has become and the dad he is.
