Yep mate Supermarine and apart from the feathered variety, have only ever seen a 1:48 in vacform which I built some years ago for the Sqn display.

Well, after going through the Lightning kits, I noticed that the wings are.....well, warped! The later one that I bought not as bad as the first though. One thing made me Matchbox as soon as I opened the box....

Should straighten out with the warm water treatment old chap. Checked mine, and it's similar, but with one tip bent upwards!!

Had the same problem with all my Airfix Lightning's Jan, heat treatment under a lamp, one of those old energy using light bulbs fixed them.
