Yep mate Supermarine and apart from the feathered variety, have only ever seen a 1:48 in vacform which I built some years ago for the Sqn display.

Even though I plan to use the Citadels Mithril Silver for the NM finish, what kinda colours are those recommended by MA?

Well, after going through the Lightning kits, I noticed that the wings are.....well, warped! The later one that I bought not as bad as the first though. One thing made me Matchbox as soon as I opened the box....





 
Had the same problem with all my Airfix Lightning's Jan, heat treatment under a lamp, one of those old energy using light bulbs fixed them.

BTW package was sent yesterday am.
