Crunch, awesome work! Real clean for a retread modeller (I also picked up after 30 years of doing other things). Nice!

OK, so here goes.. Went to my model shop today and they're getting another canopy (Because it "Wasn't in the box" :p ) But it'll be 2 weeks... So use your imagination...

Looks very neat; nice work mate! Hope you get your canopy, if not, let me know, I've got a couple of spare ones, single piece though, that should fit. If you're really stuck, I can send one, and mould an 'open' section for you.

Great lookin kit Crunch, love the artwork... Interesting that the sexy broads legs and lanties go onto the wing root like that....

One thing that stands out to me is the fact that she looks like she's in a museum, as there is no oil/dirt/weathering on her....

Dan it is not easy to make the kind of weathering.Besides she hacn't been finished yet judging by thse pics.;)

But I have another question ...WTH did it happen to the cockpit conopy?

Ah.. it occurs of course. :( In the case I would make a rasin pattern and then I would make the new cockpit conopy using warmed up foil from any toy-box.

Agreed my friend. I have offered to do that for Crunch, with a spare one-piece kit canopy, if he needs it.

Damn fine model. Hard to believe it was done without the use of an airbrush. Very nice work and attention to detail. If thats your first panel work, then I expect more down the road. great stuff, keep it coming.

I'm with the other guys with praise and I especially like how you've brought it to life with the weathering. To me they ARE real when complete and nothing says that like good weathering. None of that just rolled off the production line stuff.
