Yea finally an air show, it would fall on a bad weather week-end. Anyway here are some shots from the event, even with the rain it was fun. I threw in a shot of a rose with the plane in the back ground, let me know what you guys think I'm not sure if I like it. I kind of like the Rat Car.

Great shots Merv. I particularly like the one of the Beech 18 airborne. It appears to have an open, enlarged door - was it dropping parachutists ?

Thanks Shinpachi greatly appreciated.

Aaron thank you for your kind remarks, I do remember saying that about panning I have been practicing. Sometimes I get my shudder speed to low, I try to stay about 1/160 or 1/250. I wasn't to sure about the rose shot, maybe I should have used a lower f stop to sharpen the plane more maybe f/11.

Airframes, yes they did do a parachute drop for the opening of the show.

Thanks Hugh, cheers.

Sunsets over Riverside, I was hoping that the clouds would stay around after the rain, a few did.
