The De Havilland Mosquito reconnaissance versions operated by the US Army Air Force were given the designation F-8 (F=photo-reconnaissance). I have a photo I took of a model of the USAAF-operated F-8 version of the Mosquito at the Planes of Fame Museum earlier this month:

The one to the right is an F-8 (PR.XVI), but the one in the front is not.

This very impressive build is all over the place, he seems to start a new thread when he's done a section but this is the start of it, a scratch built 1:20 B-17G...Total Scratch build of the front end of a B17G! I typed in "1:20 scale scratch built B17G" into the search bar to find the rest of the build
