Ok then it appears those photos I posted aren't loading properly, if anyone is able to post photos online would anyone be able to put them on for me? I was using a Yahoo groups thing, but it hasn't worked apparently.... (my email is [email protected])

I will try that, thanks for the advice.
There is many many different brands, majority would be Tamiya I think. A few Hasegawa etc.
I might try simply displaying them somewhere in daylight and taking photos with them arranged in rows, may be alot easier!!

Wurger, very nice models, I am particularly impressed with the Mig 3, Yak 3, La7 and those Poli's. I haven't got one single russian machine yet!! What was I thinking?

Regards,
Andy

THX Andy for your words.I'm very glad to hear that. But as far as the MiG-3 and Yak-3 are concerned.Sorry mate but you've recognized them badly.:( Both are Yak-1 fighters. The one in the foreground is the Yak-1 the early version, the second one in the background is Yak-1M.The rest is O.K.:)

regards,
Wojtek

Christ! you are joking. Smack on the hand for me. I am suppose to be a russian aircraft enthusiast, well, I guess enthusiast doesn't necessarily mean specialist...:D

Sorry about poor quality photos and paper.

Heres my first scratch built stand off scale plane. Started out as a free 2 channel pullout plan of the Sopwith Scooter. After making the fuse I went a bit mad and put bungee undercariage and REAL rib stitching and changed it to 4 channel. Needs weathering, dummy engine and rigging to finish.

There are pics of my old Yak-1 1:72 model. The model was painted using a brush.I tested on it a way how to apply oil enamels to get an effect of the smudged borderline between colours.Besides the cockpit conopy was damaged deadly by accident.I had to "borrow it" from an other model. Therefore the model looks so so.
