Was just thinking of a quote from a friend of mine when I asked him how to get to a particular meeting.
"It's easy to find! it's being held in the Emergency Operations Center. You go north up Western Avenue and you can't miss it. It's on the right, it's painted white, and its completely underground."
Okay, I think if it is completely underground that missing it is all too possible. Not only that, but how do you know it is painted white?
