thank you Eric, they sure do, it was also a bit cloudy and windy today i took 55 pictures and only these 17 were usable

Damn Roch, you must have gone to the insect zoo for those shots. Here in Florida the only thing you find on dog walks is other dogs sh!t and mosquitoes!

Great stuff Karl, dont think I can offer up any improvements, they came out spot on man.... I agree with David, the red spotted butterfly shots are damn cool...

17 out of 55 isn't bad, especially when you factor in your subjects. Macro photography is one of the least forgiving for movement of any kind. It is similar to long zoom shots. One small movement and the shot is blown. Keep shooting and make it a goal to get a little better each time. Before you know it, you'll look back at your shots from a year ago and realize how far you have come.
