Erich is correct. Stug crews wore the same pattern uniform as the black Panzer crew style, but in grey cloth, a slightly different shade to the standard Feldgrau of the Army and Waffen SS. This was a double-breated, short tunic, with full length trousers, gathered at the ankle, and short, black boots, Caps would normally be the side cap Feldmutz at the time of Kursk.
Panzer Grenadiers and Infantry wore the full length tunic, with trousers tucked into the long 'jack boots', the cloth being Feldgrau, which was a greenish grey colour. The 'ersatz' uniforms were just starting to come in then, with a short boot and canvass gaiters, although these were probably not seen at Kursk. Equipment for other ranks (belts, yokes etc) were black leather, and officers wore brown leather belts.
