I'm not sure if the Kursk Armor build is still here, because I haven't seen any tanks (IF it isn't move this to start to finish section I guess.)

I pulled off the shelf a Stug III I received from my aunt for my birthday.

I really didn't know if Stug III's were participating in the battle till I did some research and here's the picture I found

Nice Harrison. Not sure if this build is on either. I think one other member was doing something but don't recall who. I have a Panther I bought my son for Christmas a few years back and it remains unbuilt. He never got up the interest to do it.

Maybe after my CF-5, if therer's time.

Harrison, first your pic is of a late Ausf G with the pigs head mantlet which did not take part at Kursk, these later versions came on in 1944. and yes Stugs took part in the battle, each of the 3 W-SS Pz Gren. Divisions had a Stug Abteilung equipped for starts, do some research you will probably find the Heer Pz Div's had the same in their units

this still is the best internet source out there, though be aware it has had some freezing up problems and some of the links just do not work. I post this from the book section but go to fotogallerie which should have some tasty treats as well as the other categories

Stug Buch

enjoy everyone

Dark Yellow overall, a sand colour, Humbrol 93 or 225 being a good start point (you can get an equivalent by checking one of the paint matching guides). It looks like there might be a soft mottle also which, judging by the tones, is probably a Light Earh colour, although could be lightly sprayed dark green.
