i like it.

i darkened some RLM 66 to almost black for my 1/48 Do215 build to get similar effect.

Do 217 K1

I started putting the decals on the end of last week but the first one, one of the underwing crosses, broke apart when sliding off the backing paper. I guess I should have tested one I didn't need first due to the age of the kit. I coated the rest with liquid decal film and had no more problems and they snuggled down real nice with a bit of solve set as seen in the first picture.
I had no spare cross in my decal stash so last night, went about masking and painting the underwing crosses ae seen in pictures 2 and 3
